Scott returned home from this year's Comic Con on Monday evening with presents a' plenty for us. Here are the boys enjoying Finn's new Batman and Superman toys. And so it begins.... ;)

Dress up

We've started to prepare Finn's room for another occupant and in the process, we're sifting through Finn's boxes of old clothes. It's nearly impossible to do this without him wanting to try on everything. Here are some shots from his "dress-up" hour.

Yoda - this was Finn's Halloween costume when he was 6 months old.


Scott and I picked up this outfit in Chinatown months ago, and until the other day Finn refused to even try it on. He ended up wearing it half the day.

Every year I make chocolate chip cookies for Scott to share at Comic Con in San Diego. This year I had a little "helper".

Gilroy Gardens

Finn and I spent a wonderful, warm summer day with Scott's parents at Gilroy Gardens on Thursday. It's this beautiful garden in the Gilroy foothills that has been turned into an amusement park for younger kids. Finn rode just about every ride (Artichoke Dip, Garlic Twist and Strawberry Sundaes, to name a few) and had a blast. Thanks, GP & LiLi
