Nothing Finer than a Big Ol' Shiner!

Poor Finn started the year out with a painful reintroduction to the coffee table corner. He was a "hit" at school with his "rainbow" eye. All's well and healed now. Poor guy... :(

The Many Faces of Eli

At 15 weeks old today, Eli has developed quite a personality.

There's the "non-expression"

The "unamused" or "bored" face

The "Oh no you didn't" face

The...well, you figure it out

The "I love my big brother" face

Happy New Year

True to Dwyer tradition, we hit the road early New Year's Day and aimed south to Pt. Lobos State Reserve. We hiked, beached, laughed and enjoyed the amazing views of California's coast. What better way to start a new year... :)

Awww...Christmas morning

I know it's a bit late, but here are some Christmas morning shots of the boys with their goods.

Hyde Street Pier

On Christmas Eve eve, the boys and I set out to take my mom to the new Academy of Sciences. When we reached the "Full" sign at the museum parking lot, we pointed ourselves toward a different destination - Hyde Street Pier. In the 5th grade, I spent the night on one of the ships, the CA Thayer, as part of a field trip, and taking Finn back there was a special treat.
